Start with your child’s tablet, then connect your phone. Read the profile guidance below before downloading.
Ejuu is verified on a Fire HD 8 (12th generation) running Fire OS 8.3.3.8. Other tablet models are not supported yet.
Using Amazon Kids? Our current child-profile setup uses USB assistance. The app may not appear in Add Content or on the child’s home screen after a normal download. Get setup help before proceeding. Do not reset the tablet or remove its existing protections.
2. Install Ejuu on the tablet

Scan to open this setup page, or type ejuu.app/android.html on the tablet. This QR opens instructions; it does not pair a device. Generate the private pairing QR inside Ejuu after installation.
- Tap Download Ejuu for Android, then open the downloaded file.
- If Android asks, open its installation settings and allow this browser or file manager to install the app. Return to the file and tap Install.
- Open Ejuu and explore the learning menu. If you already have Ejuu, install this as an update; keep your existing PIN and do not uninstall or clear app data. New installs start with parent PIN setup.
On the tablet, open Parent area, enter your PIN, and choose Connect your phone. Generate a pairing code and scan its QR with your phone’s camera. Sign in or create your parent account, then tap Pair tablet. If the code expires during signup, generate and scan a new one.
On the supported Fire HD 8, a parent must enable Ejuu in Accessibility and turn on tablet protection in the parent area. New installs start with protection off.
Parent pairing, time adjustments and learning reports are available. Billing is not open yet. Install Ejuu over your existing copy to keep your PIN and progress.
4. Keep my controls close. After pairing, follow the Home Screen instructions in parent controls.
