Can we download Ejuu?
Download Ejuu directly from our tablet setup page. Check the device and profile instructions first. Ejuu is not yet available in the app stores.
Which tablets will work?
Ejuu is verified on a Fire HD 8 (12th generation) running Fire OS 8.3.3.8. Amazon Kids profiles need assisted setup. Other tablet models are not supported yet.
Will setup require a factory reset?
No. A parent installs Ejuu, creates a PIN, and enables tablet protection through Accessibility settings. Do not reset your tablet. Amazon Kids profiles need additional assistance; see the setup page.
What happens when there’s no time left?
On the supported Fire HD 8, Ejuu returns to learning when saved time runs out if tablet protection is enabled. Parents can turn protection off with their PIN. Behavior on other tablet models is not verified.
What will it cost?
The intended family subscription is $7.99 per month, ad-free, with no annual commitment. Billing is not open yet, so no subscription purchase is required to use the current app.
